Job Title: Direct Sales Agent
Location: Lagos
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our team at WorkNigeria. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into active and regular business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Opening New Accounts
- Prospecting new customers
- Creating a robust sales portfolio
- Converting leads to active and regular business
- Developing prospects from current client referrals
- Understanding monthly requirements
- Understanding competition and market trends
- Maximizing business for each customer
- Building a strong pipeline of prospective opportunities
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales activities
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience in Bank/Insurance and other related services
- HND/BSC in any related or Administrative field
- Experience working with CRM software
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: 120,000 - 150,000 (depending on years of sales experience)
- Base pay, Commission, Pension, HMO, and 13th Month Salary
