JOB SUMMARY
- Graduate with a proven track record
- 3+ years experience in managing business analyst teams and project delivery
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or Social Sciences
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of the SDLC process
- Experience in Agile/Scrum
- Operational knowledge to meet customer service goals

RESPONSIBILITIES
erpSOFTapp is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to enhance customer service quality. This role involves collaborating with the Project Manager to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include prioritizing needs, improving customer experiences, defining customer projects, and supporting service offerings. You will work closely with senior leaders to implement a cohesive customer strategy, maintain organizational culture, and develop client engagement strategies.
Key Accountabilities/Duties:
- Lead and instill erpSOFTapp culture for Customer Experience Objectives
- Liaise between business and IT teams for service improvement
- Secure stakeholder buy-in and support for the vision
- Take ownership of customer engagement KPIs and provide updates
- Promptly address customer feedback and drive improvements
- Ensure optimal customer interaction with erpSOFTapp at all times
- Contribute to client-focused strategies for high-quality releases
- Directly manage the performance of 3 departments
