  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
  • Explore new product lines or service offerings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, and creativity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to improve product offerings and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 3 years + experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
  • Knowledge of business planning, strategy development, and execution.
