Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary
  • Lead initiatives to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with business partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
  • Promote our loan products to existing and new customers.
  • Originate and manage loan applications to successful completion.
  • Assess loan applications against our lending criteria.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Sales Agents and clients to drive growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and functions.
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in new markets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Experience working in the financial services sector is preferred.
  • An established network of professionals and buyers in the industry is ideal.
