JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldAt least 3 years experience in Sales and Distribution ManagementExperience in identifying new business opportunities and client relationship managementBusiness Development, Sales, and Marketing skillsAbility to develop and implement growth strategiesMarket research and analysis skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and conducting market research.The Business Development manager is responsible for the achievement and delivery of overall sales and distribution objectives for the company within the assigned territory.Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.Developing quotes and proposals for clients.Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
