- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis RCA and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities.
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance RCM and total productive maintenance TPM principles.
- Manage maintenance records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes.
