Wealthwave International Media company seeks a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our multilingual operations. In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to staff, ensuring seamless communication between English and Chinese-speaking team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to staff, including filing, photocopying, document organization, and handling day-to-day office operations.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for both English and Chinese-speaking team members, ensuring smooth communication between the two languages.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in both English and Chinese, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
  • Translation Services: Translate business documents, reports, emails, and other written communication between English and Chinese as needed.
  • Office Maintenance: Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff use.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Manage both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Track and coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Support Services: Provide support to various departments and assist with ad hoc tasks, including running errands, handling logistics, and supporting the management team in day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management) and fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. A strong customer service background and ability to maintain confidentiality are also required.
