Technical Sales Executive

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to customers and prospects in the concrete waterproofing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Tech, Construction Management, or any related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of concrete waterproofing principles, materials, and applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
