Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and pitches to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and responding to RFPs and other bidding opportunities.
- Investment portfolio development and Management, contributing to the company's long-term growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Prepare and negotiate business contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, proposal writing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of RFPs, bids and proposal processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with investment portfolio management is a plus.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other business development tools.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Experience in project management, finance/accounting and presentation/digital skills is a plus.
