RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Broker Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, sales, and the healthcare industry. Duties As a Broker Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and strengthen robust relationships with existing and potential brokers to foster loyalty and trust. Act as the main liaison for brokers, providing prompt and exceptional support for their inquiries and needs. Schedule and conduct regular meetings with brokers to understand their requirements, challenges, and provide tailored solutions. Pinpoint new business opportunities and work closely with brokers to drive sales and business growth for large businesses. Assist brokers in effectively presenting and promoting Reliance Health's products and services to their clients. Leverage broker relationships to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Offer thorough training and resources to ensure brokers are knowledgeable about our products and services. Help brokers navigate our systems and processes, ensuring a seamless experience for them and their clients. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by brokers efficiently and effectively. Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps within the broker network. Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activities to refine strategies and actions. Collect feedback from brokers to continuously improve our products, services, and overall support. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Keep detailed and accurate records of broker interactions, sales activities, and outcomes. Compile and present regular reports on broker performance, sales metrics, and market insights. Use data to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making processes.
