Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Topton Global Consult Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential business clients, build relationships, and close sales to meet company revenue targets.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs, ensuring clear communication of our value proposition.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our offerings and networking with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales activities, campaign performance, and client feedback, using insights to optimize future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with the use of Google Suite applications for areas like proposal writing, pitch decks, etc. CRM software (e.g., Folk CRM, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategies.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 150,000.
  • Commission-based bonuses (5–10%) on deals you close (% depends on deal type) reward your contributions to the company's success.
