Relationship Manager

Job Description: The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships with NIBSS customers, identifying and monitoring customer needs, and promoting the adoption of NIBSS products. The role involves developing businesses, implementing mandate secured processes, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests. Key responsibilities include researching market opportunities, drafting customer call plans, and obtaining product performance feedback from customers. The role requires strong customer relationship management skills, awareness of customer needs, and a deep understanding of NIBSS products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of post-graduate work experience in related jobs and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Key performance indicators include customer survey results, accurate performance versus budget analysis, and percentage increment in transaction counts and income. The role also requires functional skills such as goal orientation, strong attention to task execution, and good professional judgment. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating NIBSS product training sessions across assigned banks' locations in Southern Nigeria and carrying out other tasks to increase bank patronage.
