We are looking to hire a Business Relationship Manager to lead Merchant Acquisition and develop sales strategies.

  • Business development activities, customer acquisition, cross selling and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Create marketing strategies, conduct daily meetings with the sales team and review previous day's sales.
  • Manage and maintain current business relationships, conduct market research and participate in marketing events.
  • Implement best practices, prepare presentations and collaborate with team members.
  • Gather customer feedback, understand customer financial needs and recommend financial products.
  • Tertiary education, 4-5 years sales experience in banking, fintech or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of the local financial services industry, experience in marketing/sales within banking sector.
  • Business acumen, analytical thought process and ability to execute goals independently.
