Team Member, Channel Sales

ROLE SUMMARY
- As a Team Member in the channel sales team, your primary focus will be developing and nurturing relationships with channel sales clients, particularly those progressing towards High Net Worth Individual (HNI) status. You will be responsible for managing portfolios with a target minimum value of N20 million, promoting and cross-selling ARM investment products and services to clients, and driving growth in the number of high-net-worth clients through strategic prospect profiling and leveraging referrals. Collaboration with supervisors to develop and implement strategies aligned with industry trends will be crucial to achieving business growth objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of ARM's Group business and services to provide customized solutions to clients.
- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of financial planning to enhance client acquisition and management.
- Become an expert on ARM Investment Managers' range of products and services.
- Build proficiency in capital markets, including the Nigerian and global markets.
- Keep abreast of macroeconomic and financial sector developments to identify opportunities and manage risks for clients effectively.
- Conduct proactive prospecting to meet conversion targets efficiently.
- Deliver top-notch Investment Management Services tailored to client objectives.
- Participate in budget planning and execute strategies effectively.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members to address client issues promptly and stay aligned with the company's vision.
- Contribute innovative ideas for new product initiatives and engage in business expansion efforts.
- Work collaboratively with various teams and departments within the organization.
- Continuously enhance skills through self-study, training programs, and industry insights.
- Show a professional attitude to uphold ARM's reputation in the market.
- Develop and monitor personal performance metrics in line with business targets.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities delegated by team leaders or senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of BSC/HND or equivalent
