JOB SUMMARY

  • Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in solar and/or electronic sales
  • Comprehensive understanding of Agency Banking products and services
  • Knowledge of agency banking within Sub-Saharan Africa is a valuable asset
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian financial and economic landscape

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sustainable financial growth through network development
  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with agents and partners
  • Expand and manage the agent network
  • Ensure compliance with agreements/contracts
  • Identify and bridge agent coverage gaps
  • Monitor financial performance and profitability
  • Provide market and competitive analysis
  • Design and execute market communications activities
  • Innovate and commercialize new products/services on the agent banking channel
  • Determine product pricing based on market research
  • Drive support and revenue assurance
  • Coordinate promotion activities and branding
  • Analyze process flows for efficiency
  • Develop Go-To-Market strategies
  • Conduct agent training and collaboration with partners
  • Boost competitive advantage and customer experience
  • Build and manage regional teams
  • Engage with international partners and achieve financial targets
  • Expand product portfolio as per business strategy
  • Generate regular reports
  • Represent the company in the territory
  • Liaise with Government, Financial institutions, and Energy partners
