to being your plug into the Future of Testing FOT features spread across candidate scheduling,
candidate notification, test administration, marking and release of test results.
With the addition of the Online Proctoring feature, testing has gone remote

JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsProven passion and enthusiasm for carrying out administrative duties and ensuring operational efficiency. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be an added advantageProven experience years) in an administrative roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanour.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel and accommodation arrangements, meeting coordination and handling miscellaneous tasksSchedule meetings and prepare the minutes of the meetings for senior managementManage the company's Excel-based action trackers and follow up with senior management and other members of the team to deliver on assigned tasksSpearhead the planning of the company's in-person and virtual eventsProvide administrative support to the various departments including but not limited to, document management, scheduling meetings and running errands with respect to meeting the daily needs of each departmentManage day-to-day office operations, including facility management, inventory control, and procurement of office supplies.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.Liaise with external vendors and service providers as dictated by your line manager to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services purchased by the Company.
