JOB SUMMARY
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field3 – 5 years proven experience in an administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of office management procedures and best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesManage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as neededHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone callsSchedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for senior staffAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentsMaintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and storedCoordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairsAssist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee recordsProvide general administrative support to the team as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
Written communication, Document and archive management, Office administration, management, Answering telephones and call management, Word processing and office software, Email correspondence, Meeting preparation, Office reception, Documentation and record keeping, Presentation preparation and editing (Microsoft PowerPoint)
