JOB SUMMARYQualifications:
- Minimum OND, HND, BSc in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Familiarity with relevant computer applications
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Understanding of administrative procedures
- Basic numeric, oral, and written language skills
Candidates should reside near Alausa, Ikeja (Ogba, Ikeja, Berger, Agege, Olowora).
RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking dynamic and personable customer service representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with individuals, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and excels at problem-solving. Your role will involve converting potential clients into customers, managing customer accounts, and resolving inquiries effectively.
Duties:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and availability
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
- Conduct data entry tasks across various platforms
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Log inquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Document actions taken in response to customer interactions
- Follow up on customer queries and feedback
- Offer insights to enhance the customer service process
Essential skills include conflict resolution, customer service expertise, sales performance analysis, sales strategy development, post-sales support, CRM proficiency, sales assistance, and customer relationship management.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONMinimum educational requirement: Diploma or Associate's degree.
