We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to manage operations and develop innovative business strategies. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational performance.
Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies.
Monitor project progress and operational performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and operational metrics to management.
Champion new initiatives and innovation within the organization to enhance service delivery.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or operations management, preferably in a relevant industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management and CRM software.
