Role Description
Tribitat Real Estate is seeking a results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead our Sales & Marketing Department, drive revenue growth, expand realtor and business partner networks, and personally close high-value deals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in
Lekki
.
The ideal candidate is focused, strategic, and has excellent communication skills with a proven ability to execute business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business partnerships and realtor/broker networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team.
- Plan and execute business strategies to ensure market growth and project success.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing/media teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and execute business strategies.
- Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3–4 years proven experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute successful business development strategies.
- Proficiency in business development, strategic planning, and revenue generation.
- Experience conducting detailed market research and competitor analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Lekki and manage tasks independently.
- Focused, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
