- Problem Resolution: Handle customer objections and challenges professionally, working to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and processes.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.
