Job Title: Business Development Representative - Lagos

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Kennedia Consulting in Lagos. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth through the sale of our company's products and services.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of N225,000 (net) plus commission
  • Benefits include pension, leave allowance, HMO, and 13th month allowance

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with potential customers and present our company's products and services to them
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas
  • Canvass assigned territories to identify new business opportunities
  • Cross-sell our company's products and services to existing customers
  • Provide regular sales reports detailing the number of sales made
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (2.1 or 2.2) in any discipline
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • No more than 27 years old
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Possess a passion for sales and target-driven
  • Able to start immediately
