Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing.

Job Summary
We are recruiting for the position of Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies and attracting new clients to drive revenue growth and increase income.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate lead opportunities across multiple verticals (B2B, B2C, and Charter Service)
- Convert leads to active paying customers
- Identify and close business partnership opportunities
- Forecast sales, develop effective sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Identify new route opportunities
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Identify opportunities for collaborations like events, seminars, and conferences
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of OND qualification in Marketing, Sales, and Business Administration or any related field
- A minimum of 3 years proven sales experience
- A track record of over-achieving on sales and customer acquisition-related quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is NGN 100,000 per month.
