Sales Manager

Key Requirements:
HND/B.Sc. in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with experience in the automotive industry as an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities with a positive attitude and willingness to travel on short notice.
Confidence, professional posture, and the ability to motivate teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the company’s revenue goals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with business objectives.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to the team to ensure effective deal closures and objection handling.
Implement performance management systems, including incentive programs and motivation strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports, including contingencies.
Provide management with insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth.
Identify and explore new business opportunities to support revenue growth and market expansion.
Stay abreast of industry developments, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.
Conduct periodic meetings with the sales team to align strategies with the company’s overall objectives.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
