Growth Manager

Overview
The Growth Manager will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance product reach and profitability. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, sales, product, and data teams to identify opportunities, develop growth plans, and execute campaigns that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, aligning with business goals.
Market Research: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and make data-informed recommendations.
Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns across digital, email, social media, and other channels.
Product Experimentation: Lead A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product features, user experience, and customer journey.
Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Customer Retention and Engagement: Develop and implement retention programs and lifecycle marketing strategies to boost user engagement and long-term retention.
Budget Management: Manage growth budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related role.
Proficiency in data analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong understanding of A/B testing, SEO, paid acquisition, and digital marketing channels.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and strategies effectively.
Experience with lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a fast-growing or start-up environment.
Familiarity with CRM and product management tools.
Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis languages is a plus.
