Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
Design and implement end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Lead architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
Develop scalable, high-performance solutions that integrate with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Customization & Development:
Customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business requirements, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Develop Power Platform applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Build and manage workflows, business rules, and custom entities within Dynamics 365 CRM.
Integration & Migration:
Oversee data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transfer of legacy data into Dynamics 365 CRM.
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and other enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Utilize APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors to enhance system interoperability.
Governance & Best Practices:
Establish governance frameworks for Power Platform environments, including security, compliance, and user management.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure adherence to data protection standards.
Define and document best practices for system use, development, and maintenance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
Act as the primary point of contact for all Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform architectural decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on new features, tools, and updates within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
Proficiency in integration tools and techniques, including REST APIs and Dataverse.
Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft certifications, such as MB-600 (Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools like Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of SQL Server, JavaScript, C#, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with AI Builder and other advanced Power Platform tools.
