Microsoft Dynamics Services Development Manager

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional post-warranty IT services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key prospects in post-warranty support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in businesses using or considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients requiring post-warranty support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored support solutions.
- Develop customized service packages including technical support, system maintenance, and service agreements for post-warranty Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or Dynamics 365 partner environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications across industries (e.g., finance, retail, manufacturing, and supply chain).
- Proven track record in developing and closing deals, particularly related to post-warranty support and IT service contracts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer service, and marketing modules.
