*REQUIREMENTS*

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real Estate firm.

• Basic knowledge of Sales cycle, identify opportunities, engage prospect and close deal to contribute to the company’s growth.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 2 is compulsory.


LOCATION: Lekki, phase 2, Lagos

*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*

•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
•Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions base on clients needs
•Achieve sales target and KPIs.
•Manage end-to-end sales process
