*Job Summary*:
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote both our physical retail location and e-commerce store. This role involves creating compelling campaigns, driving customer acquisition and loyalty, managing digital channels, and enhancing our store’s visibility in the community and online.

*Job Descriptions* :

- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- ⁠Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- ⁠Plan and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.
- ⁠Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns for specific demographics (e.g. parents, educators, gift buyers).
- ⁠Branding & Creative Direction
- ⁠Ensure brand consistency across all channels—print, digital, in-store, and events.
Create or manage marketing materials: flyers, banners, signage, packaging, etc.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging assets.
- ⁠Digital Marketing, Oversee digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, Google Ads, and SEO.
- ⁠Grow and manage the toy store’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- ⁠Coordinate content calendars and post regularly to drive engagement and traffic.
- ⁠Promotions & Events
Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, holiday campaigns, and customer loyalty programs.
- Coordinate community events such as toy fairs, workshops, or seasonal activities to attract families.
- ⁠Collaborate with local schools, bloggers, and influencers for cross-promotions.
- ⁠E-commerce Collaboration
Work closely with the E-commerce Manager to align marketing campaigns with online sales initiatives.
Promote online-exclusive products, bundles, and seasonal deals.
- Customer Engagement & Insights
Manage customer feedback and reviews, responding to inquiries and concerns as needed.
- Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to refine marketing approaches.
- ⁠Build and nurture customer loyalty through email marketing and loyalty programs.

*Requirements*:

- Bachelor’s degree /HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- ⁠3–5 years of experience in retail marketing or consumer product marketing.
- ⁠Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- ⁠Experience in children’s products, or family retail industry.
- ⁠Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other retail/e-commerce platforms.
Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
