Enterprise Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
• Identifying viable business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies for top enterprise merchants
• Understanding client needs, offering solutions and support, and answering potential client and follow-up call questions.
• Developing and sustaining prospective client databases.
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
•Collaborating with leadership on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
• Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) of key merchant accounts
• Identify business challenges, conduct competitive analysis, propose analytically grounded, well-researched solutions, and drive execution.
• Monitor emerging market trends and competitive intelligence across the fintech and financial services.
• Owning & evolving the business development strategies outlining our target merchant, and the right value propositions to win them and differentiate us competitively.

Requirements
A minimum of a First Degree in Business administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields.
• 2 - 4 Years of experience in sales of financial products (B2B), Banks, FMCG, fintech
• Extensive experience as a sales and business development expert.
• Experience building go-to-market partnerships with strategic partners. Ability to build and deliver on a strategic plan to grow partner revenue.
• Proven ability to develop deep, internally and externally, and build upon those relationships to scale sales and partnerships.
• Experience negotiating deals of various sizes and complexity
• Experience selling solutions to business decision-makers
• Partner and collaborate with peers and parallel teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to draft, decipher and negotiate business or product offerings.
• Complete understanding of contemporary business and market trends.
• Possess a sizeable network of potential top merchants
• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
•Effective communicator with attention to detail.
• Extensive understanding of industry trends
• Good analytic and research skills.
• Applying critical thinking to analyze issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
