Strategic Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Human Partners Consulting.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with top enterprise merchants. Your extensive experience in sales of financial products, combined with your ability to build strong relationships and drive execution, will enable you to develop customized targeted sales strategies that drive results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the fintech industry. You will be able to negotiate deals of various sizes and complexity, and have a deep understanding of contemporary business and market trends.
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and sustain prospective client databases, and meet all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews. Your ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels will be essential in driving business growth and meeting annual sales goals.
A competitive salary is offered, estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a base salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
