Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, including crypto-focused companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Sales Pitch & Demos: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our crypto products and services, including digital wallets, payment gateways, trading platforms, and blockchain solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide clients through our product suite to help them meet their objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, including revenue and client acquisition goals.
Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with trends, news, and developments in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and broader FinTech space to provide informed advice and insights to clients.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in Crypto/FinTech Sales: 2+ years of proven experience in selling products or services in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or FinTech industry is a must.
Knowledge of Cryptocurrency & Blockchain: Solid understanding of how cryptocurrencies, digital wallets, exchanges, and blockchain technology work.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales cycles from prospecting to closing, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex crypto and FinTech concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Networking & Relationship Building: Strong ability to network within the crypto/FinTech industry and develop trusted partnerships with clients.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, and sales platforms, and staying on top of evolving technology trends within the crypto ecosystem.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry with constant innovation and change.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required if you have strong industry experience).
Network within Crypto/Blockchain: Established contacts within the crypto and blockchain industry.
Understanding of Regulatory Frameworks: Awareness of crypto regulations and compliance requirements across different regions.
