Business Development Associate

1. **Lead Generation**: Identify and create new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
2. **Lead Nurturing and Follow-up**: Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups to convert leads into clients, providing detailed real estate advice and customized solutions.
3. **Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals with new and existing clients, developing strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
4. **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, keeping them informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.
5. **Negotiation**: Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties. Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends.
6. **Networking**: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote contracts and agreements.
7. **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate Industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.
• Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
• Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of real estate products and services.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated: Highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies. MUST be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
