Job Description:As a Product Manager at Grazac, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products, from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery.
You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Responsibilities:- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Drive agile development process, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Monitor KPIs and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product functionality and usability.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing guidance and support throughout product development process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
- Customer Insights and Feedback: Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability studies to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviours related to payment gateway services.
- Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This includes translating market research, customer feedback, and business goals into clear product direction.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills. You will work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure clear communication throughout development process.
- Experience with Agile methodologies. This includes leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to deliver features on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. You will identify and solve complex product issues, prioritise competing needs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical background is a plus.
