The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth in the solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phone markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phone markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage sales channels, ensuring effective distribution and reach.

Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the solar energy, home appliances, or mobile phone sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
N450,000 monthly.
