Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source funds and manage investment portfolios.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to drive deposit mobilization.
  • Convert prospects and actively contribute to the company's growth objectives.
  • Compile and profile individuals and companies that fit the target market.
  • Facilitate meetings to present financial products and services.

Client Acquisition and Needs Assessment

Create profiles of potential clients and facilitate meetings to introduce our financial products and services.

Conversion and Account Management

Work with clients to convert them into long-term customers by providing exceptional service and support.

Reporting and Compliance

Generate regular reports on client activity and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Required Competencies

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a financial institution.
