
Business Development Manager

3 – 4 years of proven business development experience within a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies.
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research and analytical capabilities to identify market trends and challenges.
In-depth understanding of current products and future business concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by expanding market share within the ICT space.
Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding customers' ICT needs and promoting tailored solutions.
Consistently achieve a minimum business target of $2,000,000 annually through partner-led initiatives.
Deliver compelling presentations on company products and services.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify opportunities and support events like exhibitions and roadshows.
Engage with five (5) new potential customers weekly and organize workshops to explore business opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of customers' organizational structures and decision-making processes.
Provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reports.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Develop customized business proposals and solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
Monitor competitors' activities to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure seamless post-sale follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
