We are a leading manufacturing company seeking a talented Sales Country Leader to join our team in Nigeria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing country-specific sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to inform business strategy.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of Nigeria's market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
