Job Overview:

Elevated HR Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the company's administrative tasks and implement company policies. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in office management.

Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant, you will oversee administrative tasks, organize corporate meetings, manage staff operations, and identify risks and trends to propose solutions for improvement. You will also coordinate proposal activities, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with relevant statutory documents.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with experience in business support or office management. A Master's Degree is an added advantage. You should have a proven capacity to develop policy, contribute to change management initiatives, and utilize technology to drive continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of 300,000 to 700,000 Naira, depending on your level of experience.
