About the Role:
The Front Desk & Admin Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, direct them to relevant departments, and take messages as required.
- Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain organized calendars for meetings and events.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and administrative activities.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office and email.
