About the Job
The Deposit & Liability Mobilization Officer will be responsible for sourcing funds, managing investment portfolios, and ensuring excellent client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, target achievement orientation, and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with other departments to align deposit mobilization efforts with overall business objectives and achieve individual and team deposit mobilization targets within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing funds and managing investment portfolios.
  • Ensuring excellent client relationships.
  • Developing and executing market strategies to attract individual and corporate clients for deposit products.
  • Promoting the company's financial products to ensure consistent deposit inflow.
  • Conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly engaging customers to understand their financial needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote deposit and liability products.
  • Educating potential and existing clients about the benefits of the company's deposit offerings.
  • Developing and executing innovative strategies to meet and exceed deposit mobilization targets.
  • Ensuring all deposit mobilization activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Working closely with other departments to align deposit mobilization efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Achieving individual and team deposit mobilization targets within specified timelines.
