At GVA PARTNERS LIMITED, we are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to join our team. This role is based in Lagos – Victoria Island and offers a competitive salary.

About the Role

The Business Consultant will work with clients in the information technology sector to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions that enhance their business operations. With strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IT trends, and excellent communication skills, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

You will conduct thorough analyses of client operations, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement and potential solutions. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide informed recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges; build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of client operations, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement and potential solutions.
  • Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide informed recommendations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to client teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing findings, recommendations, and project progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience in business consulting, particularly in the IT sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with various IT systems and technologies.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary of ₦25,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
