Expansion and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Expansion and Business Development Specialist to join our team at MINISO LIFESTYLE NIGERIA LIMITED. As a key member of our franchise development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic market research, site selection, and negotiation of franchise agreements.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchising, investment, or business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our management team to develop and execute strategies for expanding our franchise network across Nigeria.
Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sites for new franchise stores, analyzing factors such as foot traffic, competition, and demographic trends.
- Site Selection and Negotiation: Work with property owners and leasing agents to secure prime locations for new franchise stores, negotiating lease agreements that meet our business needs.
- Franchise Agreement Negotiation: Develop and negotiate franchise agreements with potential franchisees, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
- Business Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new franchisees, drive sales, and increase brand awareness.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review store performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhanced operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in franchising, investment, or business development, preferably in a senior role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₦8,500,000 - ₦10,000,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
