Solar Inverter Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our solar inverter sales team at SAKO SOLAR POWER. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
About the Role:- Manage and train a high-performing sales team, focusing on improving overall sales capabilities and driving business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies, enhance market awareness, and improve brand reputation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
- Responsible for contract negotiation, implementation, and follow-up to ensure successful project execution.
- Collect and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar energy industry, preferably in sales or sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
