Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at SAKO SOLAR POWER. The successful candidate will be responsible for striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverter and liasing with companies for business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.
  • Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
  • Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract.
  • Sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions.
  • Identify customers, distributors, companies and facilitate transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in solar energy industry

Strong business development and sales skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
