Job OverviewThis role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase our products, including IT/Telecom solutions, gadgets, CCTV cameras, and solar energy systems, to prospective clients.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure a clear understanding of product specifications.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- SSCE academic qualification.
