Sales and Business Development Professional

Our client in the Asset Management industry requires a sales professional for the position of Direct Sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, prospecting new customers, and creating a robust sales portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business leads and open new accounts.
- Prospect new customers and develop a strong pipeline of prospective opportunities.
- Convert leads into active and regular business with each account.
- Develop prospects from current clients' referral leads and understand their monthly requirements.
- Understand the competition's differences in product, price, and other service offerings to maximize business for each customer.
- 1+ years of sales experience in Bank/Insurance and other related services.
- HND/BSC in any related or Administrative field.
- Experience working with CRM software.
The estimated salary range is between 120,000 and 150,000 NGN per year, depending on years of sales experience. Benefits include base pay, commission, pension, HMO, and 13th month salary.
