Business Development and Revenue Growth Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Success Manager to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with expertise in the digital products industry and a deep understanding of the tech education market.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Success Manager at Codar Tech Africa, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital products industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the tech education market and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling Tech courses or related educational products
