Sales Performance
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement to optimize sales growth.
Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts to optimize sales performance.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
Territory Management
  • Manage a designated sales territory effectively, ensuring timely coverage and optimized resource utilization.
  • Plan daily/weekly routes to maximize time and effort, while ensuring adequate territory coverage.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of FMCG experience, preferably in modern market sales.
  • Proven residency in Abuja (or the specific location) to ensure a strong understanding of local terrains.
