Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Country Leader to develop and implement country-specific sales and business development strategies aligned with global objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, risks, and trends to inform business strategy, establishing the company as a leader in the sector through innovative solutions and a customer-first approach, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility, and building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales and business development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership (8+ years), strong understanding of the country's market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer needs, exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to travel within Nigeria, Africa & international to a total of up to 50%.
